All charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis at the initial
consultation. Charges are based on the distance from the sitter's home, number of
pets, and nature of duties.
Clients may leave their key with us on a permanent basis. There will be an additional
charge for key drop-offs and pick-ups by All Pet Nanny beyond the initial consultation.
Reservations/Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance or the client
may be subject to a $10.00 fee.
Payment for services is due in full before the start of the pet sitting assignment.
If additional visits are added during the assignment you will be billed for that
added time. If you come home earlier than planned, the remaining visits can be refunded
or put on credit for future pet sitting assignments.
There will be an additional $3.00 charge per visit on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
Giving your pet medicine will be an additional charge. It will be $1.00 per pill,
per animal.
